    SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

    • Our suppliers are located in Texas, Florida, Georgia, California, Montana and North Carolina. All of our furniture is shipped supplier-direct to the buyer
    • We ship via UPS, FedEX, DHL and USPS.
    • A majority of our orders will ship from our warehouses within one to two business days after we receive your payment and stock availability confirmation of the item. 
    • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as the order is processed. Please allow up 24 to 48 hours to receive tracking information.  
    • Delivery times may very depending on carrier. During holidays expect some delays.
    • We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Custom delivery requests including scheduled delivery dates, specific location delivery and calling in advance is currently not available. Any custom requests will have to be communicated with the shipping provider directly.  
    • For customer safety, we do not currently ship to PO Box Addresses.  

     

    Damaged Items  

    While we try to ensure that your product arrives quickly and in perfect condition, mistakes happen. If you receive a damaged item(s) then please take the following steps to receive support:  

    1. Go to our Contact Us page within 24 hours of delivery to claim your product as damaged.  
    2. Select the ‘Product Warranty’ section to make sure you are eligible for a product replacement, please attach a picture of the damage to your product.  
    3. Be sure to retain all original packaging and materials which includes the shipping box, packaging materials, product manual and tags.  
    4. Depending on the nature of the damages our manufacturer will either email you a shipping label to return the product or provide you with replacement parts.  

     

    Defective Items  

    OFM and its brands test their products to ensure that you are getting the highest quality gaming furniture products out there, but mistakes do happen. If you discover that your product(s) is defective, please take the following steps to receive support:  

    1. Go to our Contact Us page within 24 hours of delivery to claim your product as damaged.  
    2. Select the ‘Product Warranty’ section. To make sure you are eligible for a product replacement, please attach a picture of the damage to your product.  
    3. Be sure to retain all original packaging and materials which includes the shipping box, packaging materials, product manual and tags.  

    For confirmed defective items our manufacturer OFM we will email a return shipping label to send the product(s) back. 

     

     

     

    RETURN POLICY

    Returns are accepted at our North Carolina warehouse ONLY. All returns must be shipped prepaid and be made within 30 days of purchase. Collect shipments will be refused and returned. To return a product, visit OFM at https://ofminc.com/pages/contact-us and selecting the Returns or Refunds topic OR an email request for a return can be submitted to support@ofminc.com and a customer service rep will review the request. You will also be issued a Return Authorization number. This number will ALWAYS have the prefix ”RA”. Merchandise returned without the RA number will be refused by OFM. Return Authorization numbers are only valid for 30 days. OFM reserves the right to inspect all returns and determine applicable restocking and/or reboxing fees. A missing item or damaged product fee may be assessed if a returned product is missing the original box, packaging materials, contents, accessories, assembly instructions or is not in “like new” condition.

    A minimum fee of 25% will apply for restocking only.

    All warranty parts are available for replacement at NO charge and are shipped via ground service. If upgraded service is required, you may be billed the difference in freight. Our freight carriers reserve the right to institute fuel surcharges on some or all shipments, without prior notice.

    We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

    To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
